Strata Property Documents

  • A copy of one of the following:

    1. The most current mortgage statement you received.

    2. Renewal agreement - only require the pages that confirm your name, address, renewal date and mortgage balance.

  • A copy of the most current property tax bill.

  • A copy of the current strata insurance policy.

  • A copy of your homeowner insurance policy for your strata unit.

  • Confirmation of strata fees via one of the following:

    1. A copy of a recent online bank statement with your name on the statement which shows the strata fee debit/property management company name.

    2. There should be a break down on your last AGM that confirms the strata fees for each unit​
