• A bank statement from the originating account, covering a 3-month period prior to the deposit date up to the date of deposit.

• The statement must clearly display your full name and account number.

• If your online statement only shows the account number, please include an older statement that displays both your name and account number to confirm ownership.
   

Example Scenarios For Two Large Deposits:

• $10,000 on October 20 → Provide a statement covering July 22 to October 20.
